CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: • 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or failure to show up will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee. • Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all paying clients. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
